Friendly staff and fast service. I love the interactive allergy menu that helps me pick out what I can and can't eat. I always feel confident that my plate will come out correct. My favorite "perk" is the dedicated gluten free fryer. I get to enjoy my favorite fries without getting sick from cross contamination.

I have been to this Red Robin many times and for the most part they are pretty good. Last night my daughters wanted Red Robin and we went.
It looked a little busy but were seated right away. Our waitress was having a conversation with the people behind us. I know as customer service your suppose to help and be talkative with your customers, but when you have other customers you need to kindly cut the conversation short. We sat there for 20 minutes and no one came and asked if we needed drinks are appetizers.
Finally the waitress comes over for our drink order. She says, "what would you like to drink or are you ready for food hehehehe". I didn't find it amusing at all but I played along and ordered drinks and food.
Drinks take about 10 to 15 minutes to arrive and the food a little later. My daughters burger looked like it was made by mistake and kept under the heat lamp until someone ordered it. She said the patty was dry not moist like other times and the cheese was hard.
Then came my burger. It was a Porkyaki burger. It has onion straws, pickled carrots, lettuce, garlic aioli sauce. I get mine without the pickled carrots because I hate the taste of pickled stuff. I get my burger and it looks in bad shape. I told the waitress that they out carrots of this. Her reply, "oh it looks like the put it on there and they took it off and didn't get it all off. I'll take it back to them". She comes back in less than than a minute with the burger.
By now the burger looks like a total mess. The lettuce looks like they cooked it and there were no onion straws on it.
I'm not the type of person to cause a big scene because I hate attention. So when the waitress walks by I kindly ask her to remove my plate because I wasn't going to eat that. She is trying to save a sale and a tip by apologizing a lot. I told her that this burger is missing the onion straws and that it is going to have the pickling flavor that I don't like. She tries to offer me other items and I kindly decline them. No scene causing.
Manager Jeff come to my table wanting to know what happened. I told him that you as a customer, you go to a place to eat and want your order the way you asked for it. I told him that if he saw the burger that was brought out to me and my daughter, you probably would have returned both of them. My daughter decided to eat hers the way it was. When you get a burger and you don't want anything that is pickled and they put it on then remove it. The pickled taste will still be there. He agreed with me there. I told him that this is the worst experience I've ever had at Red Robin. He also offered to remake the food or if I would like something else. Again I kindly declined.
My family and I spend hundreds if not close to thousands of dollars a year at Red Robin. We are a group of 15 and the 5 kids always want Red Robin for their birthdays with an average bill of around 400 dollars that's close to 2,000 dollars a year plus all the other times we chose to go. I know it is nothing to a big company like Red Robin but to the servers who get minimum wage and are depending on tips, thats who it will hurt the most.
I will not be coming back to Red Robin and neither will our family group. -

I ordered a guacamole burger and used door dash.
The burger was SOGGY and disgusting and they gave me like 5 onion rings and I had to pay an extra $1.50. Worst $17.00 spent in my life. I feel sick just thinking about it. -

Screwed up an online order. In offered to drive down and exchange the burger and fries for the right burger. I instead i got take it up with the app operators which in this case is uber. And this takes 24 hours. The pretzel bits were cold same with dipping sauce. Again burger was cold and wrong type totally. frys with it super cold. So basically they picked up a wrong order. I offered to bring the wrong burger back to correct it if they would make the right one. So I get a blu burger with extra blue cheese . Instead on an extra patty shroom burger with pepper jack. Who teaches their customer service skills. And to top everything off the pineapple sprite was flat with ice melted. I only live a block and half away. I know people reading this will like why didn't you drive there in the first place. Well I have a sprained Achilles' tendon making driving a painful experience. Wow. Talk about passing off the wrong old burger.

This restaurant is going downhill. It used to be a nice establishment. However, the last few times I have gone in, the place has been dirty and service has been really slow. There are vegan options, which is nice.
